Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, a refund or exchange may not be offered.

  3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including final sale items and personalized or custom items.

  7. Workshops: Failure to attend and/or cancellation on the day of the workshop attracts a 100% cancellation fee with no option to reschedule. Cancellation a day prior to the workshop date attracts a 50% cancellation fee, alternatively, the client may elect to reschedule - should the client elect not to attend a rescheduled session, the 50% cancellation fee originally charged shall apply. A separate cancellation policy may apply for private bookings.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria or that is not accompanied by the required information. We also reserve the right to make changes to this return policy at any time without prior notice.
