Essential oils are pure and natural concentrated plant extracts that are obtained through various methods, such as steam distillation or cold pressing. They are highly concentrated and known for aromatherapy benefits.

Carrier Oils are plant based oils used to dilute essential oils before skin application. They help prevent skin irritation and provide moisture to the skin.

Fragrance Oils are synthetic or blended aromatic oils created to produce strong, long lasting scent. Some essential oils are safe to use on children, while others should be avoided or used with caution. It is important to research the safety and proper dilution guidelines for each essential oil and to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils on children.

Essential oils can be used topically by diluting them with a carrier oil and applying the mixture to the skin. It is important to use the proper dilution guidelines and to test the oil on a small area of skin before using it more extensively.

Can essential oils be ingested?

Some essential oils can be ingested, but it is important to use them safely and to follow proper dilution and dosage guidelines. It is recommended to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils internally.

Too much heat or sunlight may change and impact the quality of the oil thereby changing the chemical composition thereof. As such, essential oil should be stored in dark-colored bottles in a cool, dark place and out of direct sunlight.
