  1. Shipping Rates within South Africa: Orders above R1999.00 qualify for free shipping. We offer a flat rate shipping rate of R150.00 for the 1st 5KG, and R25/kg thereafter. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  2. Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment confirmation of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order. Please allow 1 extra delivery day for outlying areas. 

  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is shipped, and it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

  4. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  5. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery failures caused by such factors.

  6. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  7. Shipping Methods: We use various shipping methods, including POSTNET, and INTERNET EXPRESS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
