Recipes
Diffuse 4 drops of French Lavender, 3 drops of Bergamot, and 3 drops of Frankincense Essential Oils to encourage a state of tranquil relaxation.
Dilute French Lavender Essential Oil in Sweet Almond Oil at a 5% rate. Gently massage into the scalp.
Combine 5 drops each of French Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists and temples before bed while traveling for on-the-go sleep support.
